  • 50 minute session: $150

This fee applies to you if: I am not in network with your insurance provider, you do not have insurance, or you choose to waive your insurance coverage.

If I am not in network with your insurance provider, I am able to provide you with a superbill, which is a receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. After that, we will review the questionnaire and get to know more about the current stressors and your goals for therapy.

  • The length of time in therapy is unique to each individual and their treatment goals. I may have recommendations based on your needs, and ideally we will collaborate together to determine the amount of time you commit to your therapy. Ultimately, the time you spend is entirely up to you.

I typically like to see you weekly at least for the first few sessions. This allows me to have consistent time to get to know you. Thereafter, depending on your needs and your progress toward your goals, we can discuss decreasing frequency.

Whatever your length or frequency, I am here to support and collaborate with you along the way.
