Connect ∙ Heal ∙ Thrive

The fact that you’re here speaks to the inner fortitude you already possess. You no longer have to travel this journey alone. If you allow me, we can move toward a destination that brings you more peace, equanimity, and self-compassion.

Hi, I’m Julienne. I’m an online therapist in Arizona, and I have a tremendous passion for helping individuals who struggle with emotional health and overall well-being.

I have extensive experience in trauma-focused therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which is an evidence-based treatment for trauma and PTSD. I also incorporate other evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic modalities, into my practice.

My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and empowering. I put a great deal of emphasis on seeing your world through your eyes, so that I can provide in a way that is most meaningful to your unique situation. I value the relationship that I build with my clients, and am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your challenges and work towards your goals.

Thank you for considering me as your partner and cheerleader. I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey towards healing and growth.

The key to unlocking lasting therapeutic success: a strong, trusted connection between therapist and client.

Let me tell you a bit about my style.

Imperfectly Perfect: I encourage you to show up just as you are, whether you're feeling imperfect, messy, or frazzled. In our sessions, there's no need to hide behind a façade – your authenticity is where our healing journey begins.

Laughter Amidst the Heavy: Therapy isn't always about solemnity; it's okay to laugh during our sessions. Even when we tackle tough subjects like anxiety and trauma, we can find moments of levity and lightness. Laughter can be a powerful tool for healing.

Keeping it Raw and Authentic: Swearing or cussing is absolutely acceptable in our sessions. I believe that keeping it real and authentic is the most therapeutic approach. You don't have to filter yourself – we're here to explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences in their raw form.
